Stretchability with a Soft Touch
The DiAPLEX membrane is light in weight and soft to the touch and easily capable of stretching to beyond twice its original dimensions. This excellent elasticity yields a soft fabric rather than the harsh, inflexible, rustling cloth so often used in conventional all-weather clothing.
The membrane is so good at returning
back to its original shape, and the bond strength and peeling
resistance between the fabric and membrane so effective that
it can even be laminated onto stretch materials and knit wear.
This hard wearing membrane maintains its waterproof properties
and hangs on to the fabric even through strenuous movements and
repeated washings, assuring a long period of high durability.
